STRIKING POWER!

EXPLOSIVE KETTLEBELL PUNCHES

Great for developing explosive starting strength and bone crushing power.

1. Stand in fighting pose with straight wrists.





2. And from here you just punch the KB as if you are throwing a punch. You can do the motion more extended, as on the picture to train the long muscle motion, or shorter like a punch.

3. Change the stance and do from left and right side like an jab or a heavy punch from the rear, on the pic I use a 32 kg bell, but off course you can go lighter or heavier.
